Excellent site, even the busy periods there was a generous amount of space. Checking in was super easy and clear, all info available on the website and social media. Used the check in time to get a much needed coffee. All of the activities were great fun, will absolutely be returning!

We took our two sons here but I'm pretty sure as adults we had even more fun! Really good place- plenty of space and activities to choose from. Definitely recommend. Cheeky that they charge extra for socks though but not that expensive really at 3.25 a pair will return with socks!

Freedog is an amazing place for kids and adults to burn off lots of energy by bouncing around! The foam pit is such good fun! Just a shame they're removing the trampolines. I hope the new layout will be just as much fun and value for money.Update:New layout is a little confusing for those with SEN as No Entries are clearly displayed but very few Entrance signs are, which means those with rigid, black and white thinking (such as those with ASD) do not know what to do or where to go. However, once we all got the layout correct in our heads, we all had an absolute blast, leaving it very sweaty, very tired but happy. Will definitely revisit.

Absolutely terrible, currently under construction… dust everywhere in the seating area. Loud drilling and banging for nail guns. All with no warning or is formation on the website prior to booking.Would highly recommend better extreme at least until construction ends

Great place for a party. Loads of different areas for the children to play. The pizzas provided for the party were definitely better quality than other similar places we have been to.We booked an open session and there was plenty to keep everyone busy for an hour.There is also a clip and climb, bouldering and smaller children's soft play area.

New venue is awesome, completely different with lots of fun challenges and games for all ages. We loved playing on the Ninja timer game (and I lost every time!). The strike arena was also great fun and super tiring!Football zone was great as well. Super friendly staff and great food with a lovely view over the venue.Lots more to do there now for the older kids as well as the younger kids.

It was quiet when I visited but it can get very busy. We did the clip and climb walls so this isn't a comment on the other things on offer there. The 2 members of staff who were supervising the activity were very nice and explained to the kids patiently how the safety gear worked, they were also always available during the activity to help if needed. The kids were sufficiently tired after the hour to know they had fun climbing the various walls and we will definitely be going back as the new adventure centre looked fun as well.

My son had such a great time at the ninja course home ed session. I cannot praise the lad working the session enough. He was absolutely fantastic with my SEN son and made the visit so much easier for us. He was fantastic!

Haven't been for a few years and thought it was still a trampoline park. It is now a soft play with separate climbing walls. I paid for what I thought was a 90 minute session but the first 30 minutes were for check in" and safety briefs. £15 for a 1hr soft play session is far too much. Also you HAVE to have their branded socks just to push the cost up some more. The climbing walls are an additional cost too. It's fair to say we will not be going back as there are much better soft plays around which are much better value for money."
