Pay an absolute fortune for a dress and the strap snaps after a couple of hours of wear. Apparently I was supposed to check the dress, obviously it looked fine when I signed my life away to these people who have pretty much ignored my complaint. If I bought a dress from New Look for £50 I would have taken it back and they would have refunded me. Now they’ve got my money and all they are offering is a repair!! It’s a bit late really!

So happy we chose instaglam to find my daughters dream prom dress. All of the dresses are beautiful and the staff are so helpful and lovely. Couldn't be happier with our experience there and will be using in future for my younger daughter

Don't get the hype with this place, the young girl we got was rude and couldn't be less interested if she tried. Considering we are looking to spend hundreds of pounds you'd expect a minimum amount of customer service. She barely spoke, was abrupt, spoke to others whilst my daughter was trying to speak to her, threw the dresses on the floor of the changing room didn't even have the manners to pass then politely. We left and went elsewhere

My granddaughter came here for her prom dress and they were brilliant, they were very helpful and gave her many choices to choose from. Despite being busy as it was very full they were always at my granddaughters side to assist her. Payment plans were satisfactory and they provide many payment schemes to help you along the way. I certainly recommend Instaglam prom!

My daughter wasn’t keen on wearing a dress at all but at instaglam they were so helpful. Loads of choice and colour and only sell one of each dress to each school so means you not gona turn up to prom in same dress as someone else. We were seen by Abz who was absolutely amazing and made my daughter feel so comfortable would defo recommend x

iv just got my prom dress from here and it’s stunning!!! the girls (sophie and abbie) were lovely and the service was amazing. there was so much choice too, i could have been there for hours trying on dresses

They put my nervous daughter at ease straight away! Thank you to everyone at Instaglam prom! My daughter absolutely loves her dress! Very expensive and not very friendly considering I am paying alot of money for a dress girls there weren't really helpful no good customer service to be honest girls are to young who work there no experience of customer service dresses are beautiful but feel preasured into putting money down or they won't keep the dress for you in to days living crisis there should be better payment plans
