Lucy Elizabeth Pilates
I so enjoy Lucy's Pilates classes - She is such a brilliant teacher. I come away feeling mentally soothed and much healthier physically. The class is so friendly - I have made some lovely friends and coffee afterwards at Roots café is a treat. A super community atmosphere!

Excellent pilates mat classes catering for all abilities across the regular weekly program on offer. I’ve been attending for over a year and can honestly say my physical and mental well-being has been greatly enriched, both by Lucy’s talented tuition and her positive approach to life that shines thru every session. Can’t praise her enough.

Lucy's classes are absolutely wonderful for all ages, sizes and ability. I have been attending for nearly 2 years now and have loved every minute, I am definitely stronger and more supple, have met some lovely ladies (and gents) and look forward to a coffee after class in Root's own cafe.

Would thoroughly recommend Lucy’s classes. Always a friendly group of people. Options for different levels. Lucy has a wealth of knowledge and experience and a wonderful way with words to help you visualise each move. Added bonus of visiting the cafe at Roots downstairs before or after class!

Lucy Elizabeth Pilates
I really enjoy Pilates with Lucy, I’m in the older age bracket and the sessions of gentle Pilates suit me, as they are helping me develop core strength and balance. Everyone is very friendly and positive and Lucy adapts moves so everyone can take part at their level. Would definitely recommend.
