Take my dog every month great service

My poor dog has been ‘expelled’ from the Groom Room Hexham. They told my daughter when she collected him that he had been fine, no problems and had lots of treats. My dog has diagnosed ADHD which they know about and he’s also on medication for that is working. He has been going to the Groom Room since 4 months old, they always acted like they didn’t really like him but I liked the way they stripped him well so kept taking him back. Anyway, he gets home and I take a look at him, he looked like he hadn’t even been washed as his paws were still mucky and his belly was dirty, also, they had not stripped him, it looks like they had just brushed him. I complained via email, to get a reply that apparently my dog had injured her face and neck (my boy is FAR from vicious and would never hurt anyone!) I asked why this wasn’t mentioned when picking him up!!!! Also they said he would benefit from going to a different groomers from now on! Absolutely DISGUSTING behaviour from them and I am furious that they have said all this. I will NEVER take either of my dogs back there. They have made out like my pointer is a vicious, horrible dog and that is NOT true! Absolutely disgusting customer service!!!!

Our field spaniel was in dire need of a groom and the girls did a great job on her taking just the right amount off.Thought I was collecting a different dog. She looked fabulous.Well done team - thank you!
