Very happy from start to finish. We love our new windows, Liam and his team worked very hard so they could finish the job in one day (9 windows!). Not only did they do a fantastic job fitting the windows, but I had very little cleaning to do once they left. They covered the floors and furniture (where needed) so as not to cause any damage. Overall, very professional and second to none customer service, very knowledgeable and helpful. And last but not least, they are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Liam and his team did an amazing job with my window installation! Liam himself has been a life saver from our first meeting, and he has been completely honest and transparent. Considering it was my first time having to deal with window installations to planning permission to dealing with the council, Liam has gone far and beyond his job role. Threefold is a real gem of a company. They were recommended to me by my builder - it was the third quote I got and considerably cheaper than the other two. Liam, who did the original quote (13 windows) also managed the project throughout so I had a single point of contact, and he's a pleasure to deal with - down to earth, not remotely salesman-like.The windows seem great quality to me, and the installers (also really nice guys) did a smashing job, leaving me with almost no touch-up work to do after. Everything was finished to a high standard and they left the house clean and tidy.I'd recommend them enthusiastically.

Liam and his team are top notch. From start to finish, they are reliable - up front about what's achievable, transparent about costs, on time and do a solid job. The team are very particular about their hot drinks (!) but they clean up very well once they've finished so that's all OK in my book! Wouldn't use any other company going forward.

All round fantastic experience!! We had new windows fitted throughout the house, patio doors, front door and side windows. Liam was extremely helpful and responsive to the many different window and front door changes I made and always returned any phone calls quickly. Brett and Nathan the fitters were superb! The quality of the fit is outstanding!! I would recommend Threefold to anyone, I nearly didn't go ahead with these guys after reading the one bad review on here, so glad I did!!! Brilliant job!!

I was recommended to use threefold windows & doors from Richard @ City glass . Richard informed me he had used this company for his customers for years & never had any customer complaints. I was advised to contact Liam , who had great interpersonal, rapport skills & left me reassured of all my requirements. His team who do the “ heavy lifting “ are Brett and Nathan , they are the fitters who carry out the installation, they work well as a team, like a well oiled machine & go over and beyond to complete the work to perfection. They were left in my house alone for several hours & were 100% trustworthy. I would recommend & would definitely use again!Great work ! Mary @ Seriously Positive

Brilliant service from start to finish, at really competitive prices. Liam was helpful, knowledgeable and responsive at all times. The team who installed the windows were very friendly and hard-working. The quality of the windows and the installation was first rate. Will definitely use them again if we should ever need to, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to friends, family or strangers!

We approached Liam for some advice on changing our old outdated window, he was very helpful and patient, and explained everything we needed to know.The end result is excellent windows for a great price!They look brilliant, modern and slick. The outside is anthracite grey and the inside is white to match theme of our house. Even the neighbours where very complementary about the new windows!There is no more condensation on the frame and glass. The glass no longer feels cold like with our old windows did.I’m pretty sure there will also be financial savings on the heating bill too.
