From start to finish the team at EB Solar have been amazing. So helpful and have made the whole process painless. We are thrilled with our solar panels and car charging point. EB Solar installed our system plus a Zappi EV charger exactly when they said they would and took less than a week to do the work including the erection and dismantling of the scaffolding. When we had a problem with the CYG Inverter due to the hot weather, Logan the EB Solar CYG contact solved the problem the next day with an Inverter firmware upgrade, since when it's being working just great. Faultless service and EB Solar are highly recommended

Of the three companies I contacted EB Solar was by far the most helpful and informative. Chris came to visit us and inspect our property to make sure it was suitable and spent time answering our questions and advising us on the best system for our needs. This is in contrast to the other 2 companies who just did a quote based on google Earth and didn’t visit. The install was very quick (ordered in November, installed before Christmas) and we were up and running in no time. Really pleased that we went with EB and have already recommended to neighbours.

Good experience with EB Solar; From the Sales process with John K through to the booking in and organisation from Lisa in the office. The product is great my electric bill this week is a whopping £3.52 and that's before I sell back my excess or try anything clever with timings on the battery. EB Solar are committed to what they do and made sure that everything was completed and that follow-up was actioned quickly. Highly recommended.

Very happy with the service from start to finish. A friend had his system installed by EB Solar and recommended them to me. Kevin came round to do a survey, very nice chap and quoted me for a 4.4kw system. Went through everything so i understood it as not very technical and emailed me a quote the next day. I was happy with the price so went ahead. The install guys came after a few weeks and were friendly and went through everything regarding wiring and location of the battery and inverter. All in all a very smooth and pleasant experience so would highly recommend this company.

EB Solar offer very good customer service and excellent installation of high quality solar pannels, batteries and inverters.We were given all the information we requested swiftly and the quote we received after their visit was adjusted to our needs.Our solar pannels were installed in one day and started to provide free electricity on that same day. The team were very professional and friendly.It has been three months since the pannels were installed and we have not had a single problem with the system.Our investment in solar pannels with EB solar has been one of the best things we have ever done with our money. We are really happy.
