Such a fun thing to do! Had a blast doing Alice in Wonderland last year. So much so we decided to do Beauty and the Beast. They are always quick to respond to any and all questions. Great customer service! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service. The morning of the event I couldn’t find the instructional email or code, and sent a desperate email to their customer service. They responded almost immediately with all the info I needed! The game ended up being a lot of fun and very memorable.

Leigh was extremely responsive in helping me use my flex pass to change events from Beauty & the Beast to two upcoming events. The speed at which she addressed my inquiry is impressive!

This company is great; they put together very inexpensive games that get us out and about and exploring a city — usually with lots of other groups of players, some of whom are fun like us and have dressed up for the theme. We have done all their games, in multiple cities. Some were better than others, but for the price, you just can’t beat it for a day out together with your group. It’s phone-based, so don’t rely on a 90s flip phone with a pay-per-data plan!

I haven’t had a negative experience with this company. I’ve purchased two events from them so far. Each time, by the time the event came around, I unfortunately had to reschedule. I reached out to their customer service to reschedule. Both times they were quick to respond and very helpful!My first event I went to was the Alice in Wonderland. It was a great experience and fun for our entire group!

Customer service response time is quick/immediate which is really good.Only feedback I have is that I did not receive the game details automatically, I emailed them to ask for it, but they responded immediately so that was great.The game itself was fun. We did the Witchcraft & Wizardry in Melbourne CBD which was so much fun! So nice to see many people dressed up and running around trying to complete the challenges. :)A note to the organizer with regards to the game/challenge at each station: For the first game, we did not know what was happening or how to solve the first game as there was no instructions, or maybe the instructions was at the top of the screen in tiny writing so we may have missed it - which we only noticed in later challenges/games. Would be good if the instruction or clue for the game is in the centre of the page before we click 'Start/Join' rather than at the top where people might miss it. :)

Very exciting, fun and well thought out games! You are able to pause and unpause the game if you end up fancying a bit to eat! We look forward to each new game that comes out. Customer service is also amazing - respond extremely quickly and will do what they can to support you. Highly recommended!

Our 1st event we were unable to participate due to no parking anywhere except far away from it. We booked for another inwhich a friend fell very ill & unable to go, therefore none of us went. It was her idea & it didn't seem right to go without her. We just booked for another for next year through the help & kindness of Clued Up customer service. We truly appreciate their understanding. We're looking forward to finally playing. Hopefully everyone stays healthy so we all can enjoy it. Only 3 stars until we're able to play & see howit goes, after I will update it all. Thank you Clued Up!

Awesome games. I’ve done 3 already and about for start my 4th! The riddles are fun, and it has gotten me to new parts of my city where I found my new favorite restaurants.Customer service reps are also incredible! Never had such friendly, detailed responses and they are quick!Great fun!
