I was most impressed & delighted with my consultation today with Mr Oliver.I convinced myself I needed a mini face lift ,& was delighted to be told that this was not necessary,I am being referred for possible laser treatment, which is far less expensive & something I had no idea about.Exeter medical could have agreed to do what I initially wanted & charged me a lot of money for it.However this was not the case & Mr Oliver was very kind, professional & knowlegable, about what was was genuinely right for me.So far, great ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ customer service, care & advice.Karen

Hello, I had suspected BCC" removed last Monday. Mr Wilson and his nurse Sandra made me so relaxed and confident both prior to and after the procedure. The whole atmosphere of this center is conducive to relaxation. I cannot emphasize too much

Had a very minor surgery to remove a couple of fatty tissue lumps off my arm. (I'll spare you the photo's...) The work was performed by Dr Oliver who was excellent.Very friendly, put me very much at ease as did all of the staff I met on the day.Felt extremely safe, despite our current COVID-19 situation, every precaution was taken and the communication before the surgery was very clear and concise.Really pleased with the result - should have had it done years ago!

I had my procedure done of removing the Bags under my eyes removeLess than twelve months &a they have returned, to be fair I was told they may come back in time but not ten months. The procedure cost £8000So not cheap, so obviously I am disappointed.with the results. But the treatment at the Nuffield Hospital was excellent.

It was a while ago I went here now. I had received laser treatment st their old site in the past for pigmentation marks on the skin which I had been happy with. However when I booked in for more at the new big expensive premises I was not given the laser I had booked in for and booked leave so that I could have time off after. Instead I was ripped off by being given a tube of cream called Pigmanorm and told to apply this to the marks. I was then charged £190 for literally 15 minutes and the tube of cream when I had booked in for laser. The cream does not have anywhere near the same effect and is overpriced and not what I wanted. I felt it was shoved in my hand and I was then charged the extortionate price for this. I should have said no thank you I am not paying for that and it isn't what I booked in for.

Had a mole removed from my nose. Very uncomfortable after the procedure for a week. Now I have a fairly deep line scar left on my nose. Expected a scar but not so deep. This was 3 years ago now. Not a great result for me.

Visited for small medical procedure. Very efficient and well performed, started on time, and completed well within stated time. Very modern building and very politely dealt with during the procedure.

From making my first phone call to the Nuffield Hospital I felt at ease talking to the lady on the telephone.I was kept up to date with everything. On the day of my operation the lady on reception at the Exeter Hospital made both myself and my wife comfortable. Firstly, we were welcomed and were told where the station was for making a drink. The surroundings of the waiting room was excellent, clean and quiet. The staff and nursing staff were all very happy and kind, which of course helps you to feel relaxed. We have and will recommend the Nuffield Hospital to family and friends. Many thanks to you all from us both.Nick Shipham

I went to Exeter medical because of had a few sessions of laser treatment with a tattoo parlor and was unhappy with the results. I believe I was thorough in explaining myself when I went to exeter medical and after the consultation left with the understanding that i had to first get a patch test done (£50) and subsequent sessions would be £100.I explained to Haley that the reason I rejected another clinic was that they wouldn't zap the whole tattoo in one session. I was very clear that this did NOT suit me. she was very agreeable and was happy to push on with the patch test.Had the patch test done, waited 6 weeks and returned to have a full session only to be informed on the day that they changed their laser and another patch test would be required. (they did this for free, however i took half a days leave for this). two weeks later i turn up to have a full session done and she asked me to decide if i want to proceed on the basis that she can now not do the whole tattoo in one session (news to me and a complete u-turn on previous conversations). She also then decided to u-turn on the cost which suddenly turned out to be £300 to zap this tattoo over two sessions.I don't know what I could have done to be clearer about my requirements. She said we never discussed the whole tattoo...it's a large uninterrupted tattoo on my arm. Not sure how she could only see a part of it. i took my shirt off so its not like i hid any of it way from her.all in all. I think she messed up on a number of issues and on the day of reckoning tried to address her faults with me stood there presumed backed into a corner. if there was to be any questions around costs it should not have been brought up on my 3rd visit. there should have been no doubt.i wouldn't recommend this 'clinic'

After a comprehensive consultation appointment with Tracey where options were discussed, treatments were carried out over a two week period and I am delighted with the natural looking results. I would certainly recommend that anyone who wants to lose" a few years should contact Exeter Medical where you will receive a warm and friendly service tailored to your needs."
