Kettell Windows

Just had a job completed by the Kettell team. Big thank you to Andy and Ben. Andy came and surveyed then fitted the windows and door with Ben. Really excellent job. They took great care with dust sheets and taking out the old windows so there was minimal disruption. They took a lot of trouble to get the finish perfect and returned to complete the job when it got too dark as they felt they couldn’t get the finish they wanted because of the fading light. The prices were competitive we are pleased with the quality of the products. Highly recommended. Steve was really good to talk to in the showroom. He is knowledgeable and friendly and not a high pressure salesman which puts you at ease.

I have recently had patio doors and windows fitted by Kettell Windows and I have been very pleased with their service and the quality of the windows and doors. When I contacted them for a quote they gave me an honest time scale for the fitting of the windows and their quote was very reasonable. The fitters were very professional and pleasant and the work was done without any fuss or mess. A small item was missing on one of the doors and another fitter came out to fit it on the following day. I never had to chase them up. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone and will certainly use them again if I need other windows replacing.

An excellent experience from start to finish. We needed a new front and back door. No pressure to commit to anything and genuine help in providing the correct product within our price range. Excellent communication. Survey was quickly done and fitting, done by engineer Andy, was both professional and of an extremely high quality. We simply could not fault the finished result. I should point out that we provided our own dog flap and knocker that were fitted by Andy at the same time. The price was not the cheapest but then the quality of the doors was beyond what we expected. Cannot fault. Thank you Kettell.

Excellent service from the Salesperson Steve who talked my wife and I through our door options and costings to the ordering and moreover the fitting of our two Solidors. The products were far better than we expected and the fitters were exceptionally clean, tidy, respectful and extremely professional. I cannot speak highly enough of this Company and their staff. Thank you for a wonderful experience; we will certainly return for a new set of patio doors later in the year.

I had windows installed by Kettell nearly 3 years ago. The quality is excellent. The workmen keep the area clean and take the old windows and frames away. No pushy sales tactics (unlike many other window companies), prices are fixed (again unlike so many other companies). I would highly recommend.

Kettell Windows have been great to work with from design through to installation. Lisa and her team were very patient and accomodating with us as we ended up having to redesign due to moving home. We absolutely love our new front door!
