Rated this just above average as I haven't had any proper experience with it but it offers free group sessions for people in bad or difficult situations. Groups such as photography and gardening. I find this a very useful and beneficial approach to work with people in these areas of life. Healing via creativity. You do need to be referred to the group sessions though but I'm sure if you give them a call they will happily point you in the right direction to help you out. Great outreach service for a church.
