I would like to thank everyone at Blanchards and Athena for their very professional, and compassionate, approach to my recent probate case. The company kept me informed of every matter and answered any queries very promptly. Thank you all so much.

The whole service, tracking me down in a different country, guiding me through all the legal formalities, the care and patience shown, the professionalism in taking care of all liabilities, liaising with my own accountants, solicitors in what was a very stressful period in my life.The prompt responses from a dedicated named person to oversee everything. Because of Covid, delays were inevitable obtaining probate etc and it took around 18 from the start and payment. I am in awe of how efficient the service has been.

Thank you for your professional handing of our late relative that passed away, without your help we would not have know of the inheritance.

After some very serious doubts regarding the initial contact. What a lovely surprise to hear I was to be a beneficiary of an inheritance from a distant cousin twice removed!Blanchards handled the whole matter with great efficiency and were so helpful with my queries regarding my unknown family. In addition I felt informed all the way through. The procedure took just over 12 months, however it was worth the wait. The only regret I have is that I didn’t get to know the deceased. I am planning to find his grave and lay some flowers and take photos for the family who have inherited but live abroad.Natasha was an absolute treasure.Would highly recommend this firm.

My sister-in-law died about 2 years ago and I now care for my brother, whilst checking his paperwork I found that Blanchards were contacting members of my sister in laws extended family so that they could distribute a monetary legacy from another member of the family.This has now been completed and I am very pleased to say that The Manager Sophie Blanchard has been very efficient and helpful in carry out what must have been a very difficult and frustrating task. We signed up with another Probate Research company but were referred to Blanchards / Athena as were the lead company in the Estate administration. They were very proficient in sorting out a complex case. They provided a good level of customer service, in answering all our questions and told us in detail the reasons why the process appears to take the time it did. Athena handled the administration and payment to beneficiaries in a timely manor.I have no hesitation in recommending them to future clients.

Thank you for all that you have done, without you contacting me I would never have known about the inheritance that I received.It has certainly changed my life for the better.Anyone who has dealings with your company will be looked after through out the whole process and it is all done very professionally, with regular updates.

It was a surprise to hear about my relative whom I or my family had never known. It was also sad to hear that he'd passed without ever knowing us. Blanchards handled the case with sensitivity although I'm disappointed that they could not give me more information about his family and his life. I understand that is often not possible. Overall I was very satisfied with Blanchards and their process.

They ring you to say someone has died but won't tell you who then they send a random letter saying I'm apparently Married to someone lol. Think they need their heads tested or better still investigate better. Sack the people investigating because its a joke!
