Re-pierced my daughter's ear for her as it had healed up. Clean, friendly and efficient. Great decor, too. Would definitely recommend.

*** I never messaged you saying I’d come into the studio on any Saturday as I work so this must be another client you are on about, I never have slept on my piercing neither have I sent you 140 messages and I like how you keep changing the reply to my reveiw. I have never gotten anyone else to clean it nor used any solution that you are on about I use salt water as that is natural antiseptic and works better. You calling out another client and trying to blame me??? What on earth clearly you haven’t done this once then my lovely*****My cartilage is damaged and she kept telling me it was fine and I didn’t have to take it out and only use aftercare but now my ear is completely damaged. If only I could get my money back. Another professional said it looked as if it was just forced in too hard. I’d love to go back here but not if this is gonna happen all the time

When the day came Charlotte was super kind and patient as I was nervous and talked with me through the whole experience. The actual piercing itself was done with so much care and I came away feeling super stoked! I couldn't recommend this place more! <3 Thank you again!

At aged 40 I decided to get my first piercing, Charlotte is an old college friend and al lovely lady so going to her was easy for me! Put me at ease with her professionalism and knowledge and treated me with care and compassion during the process! Although I'm 6 foot and 19 stone Charlotte checked on me all the way through and gave me a comprehensive chat in aftercare and do's and dont's of ear piercing care! I decided to have my ear pierced after what started out as a joke one weekend and then I thought why not! As someone who has never had this done before I cannot speak highly enough of Charlotte who was super knowledgeable, friendly and puts you at ease straight away. A brilliant quirky and immaculate little shop/ studio in Launceston that everyone really should support! If I could give 6 stars I would!
