RJB Haulage & Grab Hire

Honestly have no idea how this business is still running, they let me down with numerous deliveries countless amount of times, I gave them many chances to make it right, and ended up being blatantly ignored so I just went elsewhere! Terrible company with horrendous communication skills, definitely do not recommend wasting your time!

Used Ryhan for one load and it turned up on time; when I reordered a week later the load never arrived. No communication from him; I text him to find out what was happening but despite receiving them he did not respond. Finally rang me after having 5 missed calls from me and said that he didn't know when I would get the aggregate but he would make a call and ring me straight back; needless to say, he never did. If you want a reliable company who understand customer service, look elsewhere.

When working off your own patch & your own suppliers say that it is too far for them to go it is always difficult to find reliable companies local, I am so pleased that I came across Ryan, he done 3 loads away on the grab lorry for me, turned up at the time he said that he would, price was very competitive & polite drivers that nothing was a problem for them. I will definitely be using his services again when working done that way again. Thanks ryan & good luck with Rjb.

RJB have been great, get the stuff to you when you need it so doesn't hold the job up. Would recommend for grab hire, and aggregate, will always go to them first in future good local company.

We hied RJB to grab away a huge pile of dirt and rubble from our garden project. They arrived exactly when requested and did exactly what we hoped for. Very skillful manoeuvering of the grab arm was able to get every inch of what we needed removed. So much better value than a skip, or the multiple skips we would have needed. Will definitely use again in the (near) future!

Driver Barry was polite, efficient, helpful, extremely respectful of our property, and he is a real asset to the company. The topsoil and rubble mountain in front of the house disappeared in minutes, and if we ever need this kind of service again, we know where to look first.

I definitely do not recommend using this business. Hired a micro digger from Ryan that was very poor quality. It leaked diesel the whole weekend. It stopped working midday on Saturday. To be fair Ryan got a mechanic out who was only able to arrive later that afternoon. He diagnosed a faulty charging system. After making a temporary repair to get the machine working he tested it for 20 minutes to make sure it was charging the battery.I asked Ryan for some money back due to 4 hours downtime and clean up of leaks. Ryan claims the machine ran out of fuel even though that was the first thing we checked. He clearly has no respect for his customers. There are much better companies out there.

I have used RJB Grab Hire numerous times. I always receive fantastic service. Rhyan is extremely organised and always messages me 20 minutes before the truck arrives (something I request as I do not live at the property currently). The grab lorry is always full, they take as much as they can fit in the trucks. I found they are the best value for money in my area (Rose Green/Aldwick/Bognor Regis). Extremely happy with this service. Many thanks.

Phoned up and managed to squeeze me in and collected the soil on the same day. The driver did an amazing job of reversing the lorry on the drive (it is a very tight drive). The driver did an excellent job of clearing up. Very good service, very polite, very tidy.

Quick Reliable service managed to remove some top soil and garden waste from my garden impressed with the reach capabilities. All round friendly service. Have neighbour interested and have highly recommended to them also.
