I like to have at least 2 vegetables with my eggs and thus was not possible unless I had avocado on toast. NO MUSHROOMS available: a classic breakfast staple. I chose the scrambled eggs with salmon plus tomatoes which had to be negotiated. The ingredients were however of high quality. More choice and flexibility required.
