Need to get a new receptionist she’s rude and doesn’t know what she’s doing says they’re coming 7am phone at 9am and she says they’re coming the next day useless

Absolute nightmare.Turn up whenever they please, never on time.Capped my gas as they turned up early to appointment and I obviously wasn’t there!Didn’t come back until the next day.Office and technicians clearly don’t communicate!

It doesn't matter if you're 4th to phone first thing in the morning, they make their own queues up and can't be bothered to come and do the repair. They take on contracts which they're unable to fulfil. Winter comes every year & every year Sunrealm can't keep up with the breakdowns. They never learn, they never improve, it's their business and no customers aren't lucky to get an appointment, Sunrealm are lucky to have a such lucrative contract considering their sub standard business practice & the fact they break the terms of it as well as government guidelines for reasonable time frame of repair. They also manipulate the yearly gas service to every 10 months in order to con more money out of their customers

Had boiler failure on Sat pm, engineer arrived within hr and got it working but advised needed new boiler as heat exchanger was broken. The new boiler survey was done on Tues am and new boiler was fitted and working same day. Next day, electrician came to fit new thermostat/ controller. Cannot fault response time and quality of work. Excellent service (am tenant with Dacorum council)

Stay away from them. They are at best know good.. they will do all they can not to fix the problems if it's more than 20 min. Tell you I will get someone else to come out then good luck.. you will be calling none stop . STAY AWAY..

After a number of calls eden from sun realm turned up amazing guy even though boxing day the most amazing guy professional funny and very good at what he does fixed problem with in minute s eden your are a star at Christmas best wishes to you

They installed my boiler a few months ago and ever since, all of the fuses keep tripping in the house. My housing association unfortunately uses these cowboys. My HA has sent repairmen around a few times and can't seem to resolve the issue. They discovered there was an issue with the shotty (DANGEROUS) work done by Sunrealm when they installed my boiler. I've been without heating since 320am (15 hours) and they were meant to come today. We rang back at 5 pm and they said no, they MIGHT be here tomorrow. Its 6° outside and I'm disabled but apparently they don't care if they freeze you to death. Absolutely DISGUSTING service. Avoid like the plague!! I'm making a formal complaint and seeking legal advice.

Went to.the wrong address and serviced someone else boiler. After been in all afternoon and they didn't turn up, it was then up to me to take more time off work to fit them inThey wouldn't accommodate a two hour slot so I didn't need to take more time off! Worry thing is they signed someone else house off as safe.! If I hadn't rang and told them they wouldn't have know.
