We really liked his approach to marketing: we also appreciated that he was not pushy and gave us time to consider without any pressure. A sale was very quickly agreed with a secure buyer who was prepared to wait during our agreed timescale for completion. Throughout, all the staff were accessible and professional, minimising the stress involved in a sale. Great job done.

We bought our first house through Field Palmer and we couldn’t fault them, they made the process so stress free from start to finish. Nothing was too much for Megan, Brian or any of the others in the office. We had multiple arranged visits into the house (with the vendors approval) and all communication was prompt and thorough. I hope we’ll be settled in this house but if we ever decide to move there’s no doubt that we’d use Field Palmer as the vendor had nothing but good things to say about them too. We used Field Palmer lettings, New Road for our current property. The team is very friendly, and was very helpful when we started renting this property in 2021.I’m giving 4 stars only because we are quiet disappointed with their communications(skills). I don’t know if it’s just us, but whenever they’d email us i.e inspection notice or sending renewal of contract, as communication etiquette, we would normally reply back to that email to confirm or to rearrange inspection. Sometimes we’d email them about issues with property, sadly they don’t respond promptly.I understood that they might be very busy, but I would follow up and call sometimes just so I could get a confirmation or acknowledgement. This is quite frustrating for us sometimes as they are our only means of contact with landlord. We like field palmer and love our current property, but I hope they would do something to improve their communications.

From first contact with Field Palmer in Shirley, Southampton, the service we received was exemplary. Matthew Booker in a particular was excellent, we cannot fault his performance.We felt cared for in a personal as well as a professional manner. I've just used Field Palmer (Shirley, Southampton) to sell my mother's property. That was never going to be an easy gig as the house was very shabby due to years of it not being invested in.
