My husband recently bought me an upgrade from shining diamonds and I absolutely love it! Chloe was very helpful and made the whole process a breeze. Great service from Chloe at the Brighton branch. With many different jewellery stores in the Brighton Laines, I enquired initially here after seeing them online and the option to build an engagement ring. Chloe took me through the options available both in store and online with no pressure and collected a few weeks later. Recommended!

Shining Diamonds Brighton, specifically their consultant Chloe, has been incredibly helpful throughout the whole process start to finish resulting in the perfect engagement ring.Chloe dedicated significant time to ensuring I had all the information required such that we could find the perfect diamond, and design the perfect ring.The enagagemnt ring was completed in alignment with dates we had specified and was exactly as designed.A massive thank you to Chloe and Shining Diamonds Brighton Jewelers for the whole experience.

Visited twice and had an amazing experience both times. Esther was super helpful and made me feel so comfortable. She had great advice about the shape and size of the ring which allowed me to create my dream ring. We were able to collect the ring within 6 weeks at the London branch.Shining diamonds is the best place to get a engagement ring in Brighton!!
