Just want to say a massive thank you to Steve woods at the hassocks branch for spending the time to investigate and locate a choke cable for my toro ride on mower. It was very hard to find a alternative cable but Steve took the time to do this and the cable is perfect. Thanks again Steve and brilliant customer service you gave. Clive Morton.

Great range of toys for the little farmers.... They even stock tractor ted products. Good looking country store with a large selection of clothing and tools. Good to have somewhere like this so local. Friendly and helpful staff.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. My husband bought a £500 mower end of last year, used it this year and it wasn’t working properly. It’s under warranty but they said it was because he cut the wrong sort of grass and charged him £80 to NOT fix the problem. They are refusing to refund him or exchange. They sell faulty products!! AVOID

Polite, friendly knowledgeable staff, large selection of tools , work wear, foot wear even mowers and chain saws. Also toys for the young ones. Reasonable prices, used for many years.

Today, 11/11/23, we visited the Albourne site. & though i was mightily distracted by all the superb toy tractor models (bit too old to play with them...) i managed to get a great pair of workboots! Ingrid, whilst ably assisted by a male colleague (whose name i didn't catch) did a marvellous, patient, professional job in helping with a difficult choice. We will be back to your Aladdin's Cave of top quality 'real-deal' industrial products as soon as we need some proper stuff.Thanks, tobyG & Juliette.
