I just had a bad experience at this store. It's the only big boots in Dundee and where I always pick up my orders. Yesterday, a very rainy and windy day where you are always wet and feeling unwell, I ran to pick up my order after work. I arrived minutes before the store closes (I never do this, but yesterday was a very unusual day) and find the store already closed, but still staffed and lit. I try to open the door (after all, it still has to close and I literally just need to get a paid package) and guys who are employees started making fun of me. How bully or pathetic do you have to be to be dry and warm and making fun of people in the rain, especially this boring Dundee? The upfloor ladies are the best, but these guys sucks.

The place is very clean and tidy and their customer service is also fine but I feel that the ambience is not that great when compared to the nearby Superdrug. The shop is located at the entrance of Reform Street and it's crowded most Saturdays.
