We took our rescue cat has she was biting herself we had her to a vets before but they couldnt come to a conclusion what it was that was causing it after numerous injections we took her to greens and they treating her for what we thiught it might be since her injections yesterday she is more chilled and settled would highly recommend the receptionist are lovely and vets too

We brought our kitten Freya here due to being extremely poorly they were absolutely incredible, they talked us through everything and put our minds at ease even though she didn’t make it I’m so grateful for everything you guys did thank you so much

Such a brilliant practice all staff wonderful I had to have my beautiful dog put to sleep and the staff were so good they helped with all the arrangements at such a sad time.Thankyou green vets.

I'm very unhappy with this vets as they lie and charge u the earth as it was arranged by the pdsa animal hospital to be referred here for lady my chihuahua to have a camera down the throat which should have been done on Monday but when we got there we was supposed to be seen at 9 40 am bit didn't get shouted in till 10 am then was told that they wasn't doing the camera down throat which she was booked in for and that they would do blood test and send her home with medication which she as all ready tried and didn't work so obviously they didn't listen to the pdsa vets or me when we said that we had tried all medications and it needed a camera down the throat they agreed to a payment plan over the phone when she was booked in and then when I had seen the vet they tried to charge me 227 pound on Monday when I told them that I could only pay 100 on Monday and the rest on the 28th December so I ended up having to borrow 15 pound off my friend to put to the 100 to make it 115 pound which I paid then I signed a form to say the rest would be paid on the 28th December but got a phone call yesterday demanding the full amount to be paid yesterday also they was very unprofessional and very Rude towards me and didn't care about my dog at all all they was bothered about was the money and running my bill up to get more money out of me lady all ready had everything done at the pdsa so only needed camera down throat but didn't do that they repeated what had all ready been done and expected me to pay again for this which I think is wrong and very unprofessional and then had the cheek to say to my face if anything else needs to be done go back to the pdsa but still charged me when blood test as been cancelled after doing it I am fuming and now my poor fur baby is left to suffer AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Would avoid this vet ! Our dog is the most placid loving attention seeking child loving dog . My wife attended with him for vaccination and severely traumatised him by trying to muzzle him . He had really sore ears which made him sensitive to touch . They had a major lack of of experience on how to communicate with individual animal needs . They have classified him as aggressive which he is the complete opposite. I will add that we got a mobile vet attend the house in which the vaccine was given easily and straight forward with really attentive loving approach which obviously was what he needed . Not really one for reviews but felt so strongly I felt the need to make you aware .

We took lady on Monday they was very unprofessional and staff was very Rude and very expensive they didn't tell us how much it would cost till after they had seen her which I think is very unprofessional also they said they would do a payment plan as it was going to cost over 1000 pound for the operation and camera down throat and then lied to my face saying that they didn't agree to a payment plan when they did and got prove that they did as well also they didn't do the procedure that she was in for they did something else which cost even more so will not be using these ever again AVOID AT ALL COST

Naively I paid for treatment of my pet without questioning the price of it. The cost of pain relief and antibiotics is extortionate in comparison to what you can buy online with a prescription. When requesting a prescription I was advised I would have to pay £18 for it on top of the £42 that I had already paid for the check up. Seems steep and a preventative measure to stop you buying cheaper medication elsewhere.In addition to this, prior to my most recent visit I settled a bill in person over £1000, only to receive a letter a week later for a further payment of £500 for the same treatment I had already covered. When I phoned Greens to challenge this they said it was just a mistake!

Fantastic little vets and very reasonably priced. Staff are always polite, friendly and helpful nothing is ever too much trouble for them. Highly recommend them better than any i've used in past for any of my pets.
