We bought our house 9 years ago. The boiler soon starting giving us problems, required constant top-ups, made kettling noises etc. We tried a few plumbers but had no luck until we called Ian. He kept the junk boiler going for another 4 years until we were ready for a new one. Ian recommended Baxi. It's now been 5 years since Ian installed our new boiler. I can only say that serviced annually it's been completely faultless. Happy customer!

I'm really impressed with the service I received from IS Plumbing after calling them out today. Despite the short notice I'd provided, they arrived within a few hours and went above and beyond to fix the problem. They even fixed an additional issue in another part of the house at the same time. Excellent, friendly service and fantastic value: I'll definitely be using IS Plumbing again!

Can't fault them at all, great service!Called at 8am,arrived 10:30 and solved by 11:30 even with a trip for a part required.Will have them back next year to rip out and replace the old boiler in a heartbeat.

Incredible service from IS Plumbing. Ian was in the Cairneyhill area so called around within 10 mins and replaced our new electric shower unit - all completed within an hour and at a reasonable price. Incredible service!! Thanks Ian

Highly recommended. I contacted IS plumbing based on their reviews and they lived up to their reputation. A local company was important to me. Ian and his team did a great job helping me to select the right boiler system and then installing it. Thoroughly professional, responsive, on time, and very efficient. They arranged old boiler and hardware collection, cleaned up after themselves, and ran us through the controls simply and easily. They also took care of a couple of other jobs I needed while they were waiting for the new vent to be installed. Can’t thank them enough and will use them again in a heartbeat. Thanks lads !

Can not recommend Ian enough, we have used him for every plumbing job in every house we have lived. He is everything you hope to find in a plumber, genuinely nice bloke, friendly, reliable and really well priced. He does the work to an incredibly high standard and always cleans up after.Today Ian and Jordan replaced all of our radiators and they were great as always, really happy with the work not a spec of dust anywhere. Already recommended them to another friend

Ian fitted my ATAG boiler a few years back. I needed help with a badly fitted leaky wet room and decided to get a complete refit. My bathroom looks fantastic. Ian and his team are honest and hard-working. They have a very high standard of workmanship. Quality comes first with this company. I would not use anyone else and if I needed other work done, I'd as Ian for recommendations. I cannot praise them highly enough.

Ian and his team have just completed the Installation of an ASHP at my property. I am absolutely delighted that I chose I.S. Plumbing and Heating. The level of workmanship and the pride taken in their work is second to none. The amount of work undertaken in three and a half days was impressive to say the least. Kerry provides the paperwork and she is so prompt and efficient that my work completion and MCS Certificate were e-mailed within hours of completion of the installation. All in all from first contact to the last piece of the install it has been a pleasure having Ian and his team in my home
