I've been seeing Sophie for a couple of months for a shoulder and neck problem. The treatments have made a massive difference, my mobility has improved and it no longer hurts every time I turn my head! Sophie also gave me some brilliant and easy exercises to do between sessions to aid in my recovery. I'd definitely recommend Sophie!

I came to see Sophie after a lymphedema diagnosis, and wanted to try manual lymphatic drainage massage. I wasn’t sure how well it would work but thought I’d give it a go. I can honestly say Sophie has been amazing and the results I’ve seen are incredible, I can actually walk without pain. Sophie really put me at ease right from my 1st appointment and I really enjoy going to see her. She is also very knowledgeable and has given me good advice on what I can do at home to help myself even more. Sophie is very professional, respectful and friendly, I can’t recommend her enough.

Fantastic treatment. Sophie has treated my left knee for rugby which has been worn down from years of running.I don't even notice the pain anymore.Highly recommend.

Fantastic treatment! I got very very stiff shoulder for years when I first met Sophie, she offered professional massage and taught me some position that I can relax the muscle at home. It really helped a lot after just one session. I used to go for massage almost every week because of my stiff shoulder, but Sophie is doing too well that I only need to have the treatment once a month now.

I first met Sophie on my Birthday when my Sister paid for me to have a treatment, it was always going to be reflexology that I chose as it is my favourite treatment.Sophie is so kind, warm & caring I was able to relax & enjoy my treat.The week that followed I began to notice positive changes with both my physical & mental health, it was absolutely amazing, I was stunned!I immediately contacted Sophie to book a course.Each session is different, Sophie is able to focus particularly on my problem areas.Sophie works miracles with her magic hands" as I call them.Sophie really has changed my life! Everything just feels so much better
