Purchased two guest beds from Browns, a great service and quick delivery - they went the extra mile to get it delivered for our time frame. Lovely quality and we have received many compliments on how comfortable the beds are! They would be our first stop in the future for any furniture needs, great to see a family business supporting UK manufacturers! Bravo to Browns!

Absolutely made up with my new furniture from Brown's, I needed to match additional furniture to existing fitted wardrobes. Jayne went out of her way to source the units to be the same wood all over instead of the suppliers existing range. They even fitted the handles for me that I'd managed to get.Brilliant customer service, nothing was too much trouble for them and the units are fantastic, great quality.Thank you Jayne and all the team.Karen

Brilliant service, very helpful in the shop and delivery of the mattress couldn't have been any better, they brought the mattress in, took the old one off, bagged it and took it away, placed the new one on the bed, no fuss. All very efficient. (Ron Ellis-Jones)

My mum ordered all of her new bedroom furniture from Brown's because she'd had good service from them in the past. The furniture was great and exactly as mum wanted but it was Jane and Steve who made the real difference. They genuinely care about giving the best service they can. The COVID situation made things a little more complicated than usual but nothing was too much trouble. It was an absolute pleasure to deal with such honest and caring people. Thank you!!

Our new bed and mattress was delivered recently at the agreed time, and the delivery drivers very helpful and polite.
