Although this tesco is not as large as most nowadays, it was well stocked and offered good quality products at fair prices.The car park was large so there was no trouble parking and we managed to get everything we went in for.

Been shopping at this store for a few years now. However I must comment on the state of the toilet facilities. Absolutely disgraceful!! I came to the store today to find that both the ladies and gents were closed off to people. But the disabled was open. I opened the door to find loo paper everywhere and Water all over the place. Floor, walls, seat, etc.Now this is an ongoing problem with this store. I have even shopped at Sainsburys in Guisborough to avoid the loos. By the way Sainsburys in Guisborough is spotless!! So if they can keep their loos clean why can't Tesco in Redcar. Awful experience!!

Great supermarket that is open late and easily accessible (no level crossing to faff over) and filling station attached. Relaxed car parking.Wide range of 'staple' products with good quality fruit and veg that lasts.The local management is supportive of local volunteer groups as well.

I write this review in thoughts of fat Mandy the lazy manager who can't be arsed to help customers she rather just stand there and do nothing all I wanted was assistance as I am disabled but she said no, all I wanted information about a product tesco was selling and was unable to do so as they had sealed it an oversize packaging this was also a non food item. The manager Mandy said that I first have to purchase the item then I can look at it for 2 seconds then queue up and return it at the customer kiosk and wait 3 to to 5 working days for a refund all of this instead of her just having a look for spouting it's store policy to inconvenience customers instead of helping out when I asked her if she thinks the policy should change she said no and she doesn't care. She then made comments to other staff and proceeded to laugh at me as I walked of embarrassed and hurt that the tesco we have been spending thousands of pounds every month at is a disgusting place with disgusting managers and policies where they treat disabled customers like entertainment.

It's okay but the fish selection sucks. Quite well stocked but prices are high for a lot of things compared with Morrisons. (Jakeman cough sweets £1.50 in Tesco, £1.00 in Morrisons.But we'll stocked shelves having everything I was looking for.
