I have been with Premier Housing from last 4 years. They have been very cooperative and quick to any maintenance work . The staff on phone are very friendly and helpful (specially Awais). Really happy the way they manage everything. Would highly recommend. Thanks Premier Housing.

I have been using the landlords for 3 and half years using two of their properties. They have been great to deal with on the phone, very patient and calm. They have really progressed on their communication with their tenants regarding issues or general repairs thank you Abeera and Awais. And very reasonable rent prices.

Premier housing are amazing, I rented my house of them for 12 years and I'm so sad to have left but due to having children I needed more space and premier unfortunately didn't have any houses big enough, otherwise I'd have definitely have stayed with them. Adrian and Awais are very helpful and responsive in regards to any queries I may have had and I'm so sad to say goodbye to premier but will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent in future.Thank you so much guys for everything. ❤ xx

I have been renting for over a year with Premier and have been impressed by how reliable they are. If I've had a problem they have sent someone to sort it out straight away. Obviously with Covid it has taken a little longer but they've still tried to do it quickly.I would highly recommend renting from them especially as a single parent they were really supportive.Thank you Danny and all at Premier

Have been renting a flat from Premier housing since October 2019 and cannot fault their service towards their tenants.When a fault or repair needs attention, it is dealt with expeditiously. Obviously, in the current Covid19 situation, this sometimes takes a little longer than the norm, but this is due to Premier taking the appropriate steps in keeping their tenants safe.I would recommend them very highly.

I cannot recommend this company enough, my first time renting has been the made the most easy process I could've asked for! Great staff, great property and when maintenance is required its provided within the same day! I have lived in this property for nearly 2 years and never had any problems! Staff are so welcoming and always there to help, especially Awais and Abeera, They're the best!

I lived in a Premier Housing studio flat in Leeds for 6 years whilst I was completing my medical degree at the University. I found the flat incredible value for money, given the competition in the market, and the agency were kind enough to maintain the rent at the low price I started renting it at, over the duration of the 6 years I was there, which is pretty unbelievable really. Also, nice considering it's a family run business, it didn't feel like the primary interest was money, as the staff were personable and relaxed. The office staff always answered the phone and responded the times when I had to get in touch with them, and being easy to communicate with is such a bonus. I would stay with Premier Housing if I could but I'm moving out of the county for work. I'd recommend :)

As a support worker I am regularly in contact with estate agents and have been really pleased with the service provided by Premier Housing. I have found the staff to be very professional and they took time to listen to the clients needs rather than just looking to make a deal. I am hopeful that my client will be very happy in their new home.
