Rogan Coaching & Guiding

I have been going to Rogan Coaching and Guiding for several months and what can I say. My water confidence has increased, my boat handling skills are at a level I never thought I could achieve and the smiles just get bigger after every session. An extremely friendly and approachable guy with banks of relevant information from on the water techniques to boat setup and equipment advice. Rogan Coaching & Guiding is the my first choice for developing my paddle sport skills and confidence.

I have just returned from my second sea kayaking expedition with Rogan coaching and guiding and once again I have not been disappointed. Our expedition around the Isle of Bute had everything I had been hoping for and much much more. Had a fantastic weekend with Joe and two others on the Isle of Bute. The weather wasn’t on our side but that didn’t stop us from having a great time and enjoying the incredible coastline. Really great trip and very professionally ran! Looking forward to the next one!

I’ve just returned from Joe’s Isle of Bute mini expedition; three days circumnavigating the island in our sea kayaks and camping along the way. It was absolutely incredible, definitely one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Joe was really insightful and generous with his knowledge of the local area, bushcraft practices and wildlife, and cooks a brilliant campfire meal to boot. We saw dolphins, seals, sea otters and so many different wild birds. Everything was planned really well, taking tides into account for assistance whenever possible, and our camping spots were superb. Bute makes an excellent intro to sea kayak expeditions, and I can’t wait to do another one.
