Park South Dental Surgery

Dentist is fabulous! Practice manager is the most appalling women on earth. Unfortunately I believe she is married to the dentist - hence why nothing is ever done about the many, many formal complaints made about her. Would be a lovely, welcoming family practice without her nasty presence.

I have been an NHS patient at this dentist for many years now (10+ I think!). I am seen on time at appointments and Mark is a fantastic dentist and always gives great honest advice regarding oral care. Mark has helped me now on 2 occasions with getting a retainer (for teeth clenching/grinding) without this my teeth would be alot worse- so thankyou!

Dear Mrs Sreejana Limbu, I am the dental nurse who was in the surgery during your child’s examination.I am sorry you feel that way but I do not understand when you said dentist was rude. In my recollection, you were on your phone the whole time, dentist simply asked you to listen and pay attention during your child’s examination which the dentist said at the end of the check up. It is very important that we have parent’s/ guardian’s attention when the patient are under the age of 16 as they are under your care.Using phone inside the surgery is not actually allowed. We also have a notice on the board in the waiting area.The dentist was only giving advice on improving oral hygiene to the patient. Perhaps you did not like it when dentist asked to you have a look at patient’s mouth. I would kindly like to inform you that giving oral hygiene information and instructions are all part of the examination. I would like to reassure you that no harm was intended towards you or the patient.

Can not fault the dentist/ dental assistants or receptionists!Everyone is caring and helpful. Whether it's routine or emergency we get the same care and attention.Mark is absolutely incredible he is informative, professional and puts me at ease!Always happy to accommodate school hours and have always ran on time.Amazing practise and so lucky to have an NHS dentist so great near by!Thank you to you all !!

Mark is an amazing dentist. Me and my family have been going to him for 20 years. The surgery is spotless and the reception staff are very friendly and efficient. First class service.

It was always going to be a 5* rating from me!Mark is amazing!! I'm extremely nervous actually I WAS extremely nervous but Mark is brilliant at keeping me calm. All the team go above and beyond to help. This dentist deserves a much higher rating than what it has because I've never found any other dentist as good as Mark and his team! All the workers their are friendly and do such a great job! I'm so thankfully that I'm their patient.Carry on being the awesome team you are!!

Brilliant dentist, best I've been to. Mark is really good at explaining treatments and is amazing with my children. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I have been a patient at Park South Dental Surgery for over 12 years now. I have always received excellent treatment, which has been given with a great deal of care. In the past I have recommended the Surgery to family and friends. All have been as pleased as I am with their treatment. I cannot praise this Surgery enough.

Just kicked my adhd daughter out because she said she hated the dentist because she didn't like them poking her teeth! Disgusting attitude. We have been going to this dentist since my children got teeth, they are fully aware of my child's adhd and the medication she takes
