The fish section is very lacking and needs more attention to it I was looking for shrimp and other fish but empty tanks very little quality stock. Staff are not very approachable and don’t look friendly as they just glared as I walked around

I don’t even want to give one star for the service I receive every time I go into this shop. All staff are arrogant the lady who owns it She has a Very condescending attitude, I do find it a little cruel how some of the animals are kept particularly the birds,It is such a shame as there are so many lovely animals and reptiles.Also its extremely overpriced

I called in, asked about different thinks for tortoise. Nothing to much trouble, staff great if one doesn't know the answer other will, don't go any where else for my animal products, so easy to park up too

This place used to feel very vibrant and welcoming only a few years ago, but has since fallen into a pitiful state.Upon entering the staff give off the feeling that they'd rather you had walked past. Most of the enclosures (Birds and Rodents especially) are an uterly depressing, almost dystopian site. They would be better treated in Guantanamo Bay. The senior staff members come across as entitled and stuck in their ways, often giving off false information that could lead to the detriment of your pets.Although it is not much better for its inner workings, you would be better off supporting Pets at home, or better yet, a place that actually does their research and takes appropriate care (and at least a LITTLE pride) of the animals they have in their care.Cheap Guinea pig bedding though, mind you.

The woman that works there is very very rude. And most of the animals are in tiny cages and not well cared for, no idea how this store has been open for so long its disgusting. I tried to take a picture how small the bird cages awhile ago just to show a friend, no flash, woman came over and started shouting at me saying I'm not allowed to take pictures of the animals

Would give 0 stars if I could.. we came in to look at the animals.. I was having a PRIVATE conversation with my husband about the animals and wondered what the animals were like and a rude older woman was listening in saying It bites

How is this place still open. Staff have no clue when giving advice on animal care. The animals looks so sad. Bearded dragons kept with red lights. The birds nails curled over they were so long. Dead/dying fish & don’t get me started on the hamster cage’s they sell. Everyone of them was way too small. Wonder why there are signs up everywhere saying not to take pictures. Needs closing down.

Disgusting behaviour from that woman with bushy hair. Other staff just watched it all happen.I don't understand how she can speak to customers this way. She's incredibly Rude and passive aggressive that it made me feel so uncomfortable.I called earlier to ask if they do any nail grooming. They said yes.I took my pets in and explained that I can't seem to get my animal to sit still during nail grooming, but then she goes on asking me questions irrelevant to the problem. She was so cocky and snobby thinking she knows everything that when it comes to answering her questions I stumbled on my words. She asked about the Xpen that I have. And when I slowly replied or in her head, gave her the wrong answer she says back to me no LISTEN. That's not the question I asked for is it?" I was in shock. After
