Brilliant customer service! I was in a rush and the nice lady I spoke to not only facilitated my original order arriving in record time, but also when I realised I had ordered the wrong size she wasted no time upgrading the postage again and getting the replacement to me the next day! Thank you! Oh, and the suit was great quality and for a very reasonable price too!

Really fantastic service. I was so impressed by the the lady I spoke to on the phone. And true to her word the delivery is ordered arrived 24hrs later. Mr Munro have a great selection and variety of suits. I bought my wedding suit and the ushers suits from there earlier in the year, all of which were perfect.Lynne is great, very knowledgeable, extremely helpful, and full of great advice.Couldn’t recommend this place more if you’re looking for a suit for a special occasion, or if you’re just looking for a new suit.

Fantastic company from start to finish!Before ordering on line I asked many questions about sizing, suit types, etc via email and received fast, accurate response’s which allowed me to purchase a new suit with the confidence of it fitting once it arrived.My parcel arrived within 2 days of standard postage which was excellent at no extra cost.The suit fitted extremely well and only needing some leg length adjustment which is to be expected.The product is of great quality considering its an “off the hook” suit, and not tailor made.So overall, I would highly recommend Mr Munro to all. Excellent customer service which is hard to find, great product for value for money and I will definitely use them again in the future.Many thanks.

Excellent customer service, 5 stars.I purchased a herringbone 3-piece suit prior to the start of the pandemic and didn't get a chance to wear it until recently. Unfortunately, the legs of the trousers were too slim. Knowing the exchange period elapsed long ago, I contacted Jess looking to purchase a pair in the correct size. She informed me they no longer had these trousers for sale, however did have one tailored pant on-hand which she graciously offered to exchange, and I offered to pay for shipping. Jess was quick to respond and went above expectations. Thanks!

After unsuccessful visits to 'Master Debonair', 'Most Suitable' and 'Slaters' (and some extremely poor service), my wife and I stumbled upon Mr. Munro in the search for my wedding suits as it was next door to her wedding dress shop.I found that they had a huge variety of suit styles, far more than the other local competitors and the service was absolutely outstanding, friendly and extremely helpful from start to finish. I decided on the Cavani 3 piece shown in the picture.I would highly recommend Mr. Munro to anybody searching for a wedding suit with an extra special something.

Great service when buying a tie and pocket square and also when I had to do a return too, they were very helpful. Would recommend Mr. Munro as a place to shop!

**update**Lynne reached out to resolve the issue. She was polite in her responses. I returned the suit and I was issued a refund.I have kept the original review as this was my experience but increased the stars.***I ordered a suit for a wedding online, and today, November 16, 2022, I received it. The blazer is covered in hairs, looks worn out, and has been pressed. The flatness of the fibres indicates this. The blazer's colour is no longer consistent with the colour of the waistcoats and pants.Since the studio" is closed today
