Hi.. I am writing to say what an amazing service we received off a member of staff (management) Mr Steve Bennett! His customer service is 2nd to none he went above and beyond to fulfill an order the system had misplaced for us to have it in time for the recipient of who's sons funeral it was! He personally delivered the item to our home address in due time before the funeral. The compassion he shown was very much genuine and very appreciated! I can't honestly thank him enough.. but I hope this message at least gets him the recognition he so rightly deserves! He is an outstanding member of staff and represents the company very well. I called in to the outlet yesterday and spoke with Clare who helped me scan some older photographs for my mum’s Order of Service.Clare remembered me from an earlier visit, she showed empathy and offered some kind words.Thank you

I would highly recommend this outlet. Recently had a death in the family and needed a lot of photos printing. Claire has been very helpful, polite and friendly every single time I have visited. She has helped make the worst time of my life a life a little easier. Thankyou.

So easy getting my passport renewed 5 minutes all done and new passport came one week later, fantastic young lady helped me at max speilman inside asda at burnden Park bolton

Can I say a big thank you to Clare for all her help and patience, nothing is to much trouble for her I have used Max Spielmann alot these past few months but I couldn't get the hang of using the printers Clare would show me every time but today I managed to printed my own photos so once again thank you clare I'd say your a valued member of staff

Clare was incredibly helpful, I had over 20 photos to print in different sizes and Clare was so patient and friendly. I would definitely recommend and return, thank you

I just been there served by a lady named Clare absolute poor customer service I was asking her how do I print a single document that I’ve got on my email and she was busy talking to someone on the phone ( you can tell that it’s not a work phone call ) however she said you need to email to our email writin there she did not and then I asked her do I have to connect to your Wi-Fi she seemed so annoyed and looked at me like so discussed because I asked her that and disturbed her call. She printed the document and said there you go. I said to her can I please have an envelope as i know it’s raining so bad outside and I don’t want it to get wet she literally said ( I can’t give you an envelope for your single document and it’s not allowed no ) she was so rude. And I said to her not I’ll pay for it I don’t want it for free I just don’t want my document to get damaged She then charged me £1.85 I don’t mind paying so long as she’s polite and helpful for 1 peace of paper and envelope , NEVER AGAIN and bear in mind this is not the first time they do that as I came once before printing photos different staff member absolute rude and poor customer care they treat people like wer doing things for free

Since the town has had its heart ripped out to make way for student accommodation on Brackley Street, we have lost 80% of the main shops. Lucky Max Spielmans has a booth in Asda to accommodate those that still like pictures.

Their opening times are till 6pm and we went there 5.45pm to get passport photos taken for our new born baby but lady at the counter said you need to come tomorrow now because they put cameras on charge at 5.40pm! If they cant offer all services in their trading hours they should atleast mention it on their website so one should not waste their journey. It only seemed that she made up an excuse not to serve us as she was busy closing up for the day!

Was struggling to find somewhere that could do a passport photo on a Sunday.Claire was extremely helpful they have two services one where she takes the image & checks it for £12 or you can use the automated machine (end of checkouts) anytime day or night for £8
