We recently had my mums funeral arranged by the North Shields office, we were very pleased with the service provided, the staff (Lesley and Suzanne) were very caring, dignified and utmost professional in all aspects. This was a distressing time and they guided and helped us through it all, can highly recommend.

My hubby Alan died of Covid in March of this year. Me and my family chose Darrin and his team to arrange the funeral and to look after Alan. I am so pleased we did ! The whole team is fantastic they were caring respectful and couldn't do enough to help us. A special thanks to Bill who supported us every day for ten days when we visited Alan ever day, and also to Emma and to Darren himself. I would recommend Darren and the team to everyone who I know will be going through a traumatic and sad experience. I am so thankful to them for the way they supported us and for the caring way they looked after my lovely Alan

Carl was exemplary from the start, he dealt with the family with dignity and empathy. Carl was professional throughout our entire dealings with him, as were his team during on the day of the service. The recommendations they gave were excellent as was the decision to bring in Megan as the celebrant. We could not be more thankful for a wonderful send off.

Bill - he is a lovely man. The care and compassion he gave the family during a difficult time was second to none. The whole process was made a lot easier with his expertise.

Every single person we had contact with were sympathetic, kind, and personal. From the very initial telephone contact we were reassured and comforted by the help and service we had. We were gently guided through all the processes needed. The funeral was perfect, we could not have asked for more.

Myself and family could not fault the service we received from ALL your staff. We didn't experience any of that stuffiness we expected to encounter with funeral directors and we were pleasantly surprised at the overall cost - no hidden surprises. They even made sure the sun shone for our lovely Mam on the day of the funeral. Where do I start?No one likes arranging a funeral for their Dad but the service we received from start to finish was not only very professional but also it had that personal touch.
