B&M Store

Wonderful store, great service and excellent friendly staff, had everything I needed.

Staff are friendly enough and the store is clean and tidy. One thing let's it down, they have items on the shelves for months at a time, then you go in to stock up and they never have them in again. This includes items that are exclusive to B & M

Prices have increased phenomenal not much different to any other shop. Now whereas it used to have some good bargains.

Old and dated store. Checkout queues are awful. Only ever have 2 tills on.

The check out staff could be more helpful and smile.Is there a reason as to why heavy items can't be scanned when on the flat bed trolley, rather than expecting an elderly person struggle to lift the goods onto the conveyor belt and put back on the trolley when at the check out.Possibly the staff ought to have customer service training!!

I've always gone in b and m but won't no more. The worker there called Kim is absolutely terrible towards her customers. There was me and one other person in front of us, she said she could serve them in front of me but couldn't serve me because she was closed. It's absolutely disgusting after me (my mom and son) had been standing there in the que waiting for nothing. I'm sure she could have served us both before she clocked off, as noone else was in the que. I also saw her throw change at a customer on another of my visits to b and m. She's absolutely vile and she was towards us when we complained about how she didn't serve us, her face with a massive smirk. She clearly did it on purpose. I always look to say hello when being served as I see her whenever I go in and she won't acknowledge me or say hello. Needs sorting out, customers don't want to wait in a que to be told to go away, customers don't want their change thrown at them. She needs to start valuing her customers, as without them she wouldn't have a job.

Great shop with plenty of good deals. Does need more staff on the tills though as queues are always quite long.
