Just sent my first claim via email five days ago and I received payment yesterday. Very friendly and helpful customers service team also. I had an issue with my online account and it was promptly sorted

Terrible company to deal with, they make out you can claim for dental and optical, and health issues, what the dont tell you is that when you try and make a claim, in my case for £50 towards optical, they have you jumping through hoops, so far they have come up with 2 excuses to not pay out, im 2 weeks into a claim, they are now saying the receipt i sent them is no good, a receipt i got from specsavers, put it in a envelope and sent it to them, its as if they try and put you off so you end up saying, i cant be bothered, and drop the claim, i had to give them 1 star to post this or it would have been none

I have paid £10 per week for 3 months and during this time I was never able to enter my account or make any claim and when I was about to claim some glasses after 3 months they closed my account and I was left out of any claim. I do not recommend this company to anyone, they keep your money.

Wish there was a zero star option. Joined these when I started a new job last year. Took Ill with sepsis and huge infection that required 2 operations. In hospital for 9 nights in October last year. Company has refused to pay out anything as it was within the first 3 months of me joining.Something the man who got us to sign up forgot to mention.Avoid at all costs.

I would advise that everyone avoids this company at all cost, read the reviews first and seek alternative cover. The staff are not sufficiently trained to understand the schemes/plans, in turn this results in many people being miss-sold an miss-informed on these ls, this is why so many people within the reviews on here complaining about being put onto the wrong plan - I’ve spoken to 3 people over the last 2 weeks and they’ve all given me conflicting information - when you email this company they don’t respond - I emailed a complaint to Kelly Carter (Customer services) and June Devlin (Sales rep) 6 days ago and I haven’t had a single response yet (not even a holding response). I’ve been miss-advised on a plan by June Devlin and instead of honouring this and apologising, they’ve covered this up, lied, ignored my emails and tried to put me on a higher plan for which I cannot benefit from

quite good, and I know people are happy. But after submitting a claim you never know if it's been accepted or not and have to call them. No acknowledgement emails, etc. People don't introduce themselves on the phone. Also, I was assured via phone the cost of prescription (not medicine but prescription itself) is covered (before asking for a prescription) and after making a claim discovered it's not.

Happy with my recent claim. Fast response after I emailed,I made a claim online and would reccomend this, so easy and fast. Had my money back within a few days. Also I have used them for a dentist claim and optician. I never had any problems. Long time ago had also birth grant for my son.Thanks

Good health cash back plan. I regularly claim for glasses/eye tests and hygienist appointments. Always paid within a week, just need to fill in the form and provide receipts.Also claimed a birth grant, paid within a week as well just needed to fill form and provide birth certificate. Very satisfied with them, and with the corporate rate it’s excellent value for money.

Had a policy for around 4 years and first time I have attempted to claim for anything. I posted a claim form over two weeks ago and no response or acknowledgement it's been received. Followed up with an message through their website contact portal. Looking at the companies response to other reviews on this page they've suggested email is the quickest and most reliable way to submit a claim form. however, it states they need original receipts so I don't see how that makes sense.

I actually use this health plan for the past 2 years and they never refused a claim! They give a much better limit on costs than any other health plan I have researched. Pay very quickly and never asked for further info. They just want the form filled and the receipt. Amazing company. Would highly recommend it. Remember the bad reviews are because people usually just bother to write a review when things go wrong. But i had to write here as this is the best insurance company I've ever had. Basically I get all the money I pay in back because I use it.
