Do not trust this company at any cost. They lie about every single part of repair they should not be allowed to trade .and mobility should be getting rid of them there service manager is a total liar and so is this the boss .there workmanship is fit for a scrap yard there mechanical skills are none .but far worse there customer contact and abuse is something that must me stopped .promises of dates are false please I beg you avoid avoid avoid

I recently had an accident (not my fault) and the insurances arranged for the car to be repaired at Fix Auto Birmingham East. From start to finish they were helpful and answered all my questions. After 2/3 weeks my car was repaired and looking as it did before. Deannah Heslington is a great asset to the company - well done.

The company is so unprofessional and irresponsible. I had my van taken there for and had started work without providing an estimate and stating that an estimate would be provided at the end of the job. Like how does that possible work at the end of the job it become the actual price not an estimate. The manager is rude and abrupt. I quickly came to conclude that this company doesn’t have many jobs and all they do is strip cars and take pictures and begin invoicing the insurance companies claiming extra storage, labour cost and in reality nothing carried out. The courtesy van they provided was faulty; doors wouldn’t open. I strongly recommend avoiding this company at all cost due to their unprofessionalism, rude staff they have working there.

Had my car sent to be repaired after a minor front end collision. Took them around 6/7 weeks to repair it then when i got it back the state of the work was shocking. Bits under the lacquer, bits under the paint, over spray o my doors, runs in the paint, chips in parts that look like they had stood it on concrete. Then when complained the guy looked at me as if it was all my fault. 500 miles head gasket went because of their shoddy repair as they fitted new radiator. Car went to VW and we have been informed it needs a new engine now. The car has 2000 miles on it. They are shady corner cutters that clearly do not have the time or the skilled staff to cope with work in volume. Id very much stay clear of this company.

Recently had a respray and some dent removal work done by Fix Auto.Service levels throughout were professional, and the standard of workmanship was excellent.Would wholeheartedly recommend. Trustworthy company.

March 2022, 2nd time I have used this repairer, this time for my Mercedes as the professional service and attention to detail cannot be beaten. 1st visit; Fast professional repair of my VW and great communication throughout, I would definitely use again.

My car got sent here through my insurance. Was meant to have like for like courtesy car, i got given a yellow fiat 500, my car was a mazda 6. They had it over 3 weeks, got it back the respray was awful, it was dull and hazey and covered in swirl marks. I was told this was normal. They had 3 attempts to get it right. I gave up in the end and put up with it. I complained to my insurance and told them they shouldn't this place again.
