Knaresborough Post Office
Visited the post office today to send a few items including one to Guernsey which required a CN 22. The manager, Sam, immediately told me it was completed incorrectly and scribbled out the details I had entered informing me that 'she was right as she had received an email!'. When I attempted to ask how to complete them in the future to save both myself, the staff, and other customers time, Sam decided she would no longer serve me and asked me to leave. Easily the worst customer service I have ever received in a Post Office.

I received exceptional customer service from Sam, who is always cheery and polite whenever I’m at the post office. She even helped me save some money by turning my parcel into a letter which was greatly appreciated. It’s always a pleasure to be served by her.

This is my favourite post office! I will go out of my way to use this one- very cheerful and a real can do attitude. These staff should be post office trainers! (Thanks Sam in particular for todays good service)

This is the best post office I have ever used, and I use on a daily basis. The lovely ladies Sam and Lyndsay are always so very helpful and extremely friendly. They always have time to ask how I am, whilst still attending to my needs and I couldn't ask for more. Carry on the fantastic work ladies. Thank You.
