Great indoor pool, my kids had a cub trip here. Very clean and they said it was warm

Girlguiding Centre at the heart of Guiding activities. We took 27 Rainbows aged 5-7 for a full day's outdoor activities. Great fun, challenging and wonderful getting to try new things. Can't wait to return!

It is very good. It has a lot of a activities to keep the children/scouts entertained.The shop has a good selection of staff and the staff is very knowledgeable, profesional and polite.The toilets are on the old side, though.

I camped here during my Dofe Silver expedition. I really enjoyed the area and camping here was made very easy. There was ample space to play football. However, the showers were either incredibly hot or were too cold near the beginning. To put the shower in between it took a very long time. Overall I had a very great time and was amazed by the great amount of facilities available at this amazing Outdoor centre.

I came here for my DofE Bronze award. This is a massive campsite with many fields meant for big groups. The facilities are not great though. The toilets don't normally have any toilet paper and the shower I used was very weak and always either too hot or too cold - no where inbetween.

One time went here on a school trip, I didn't really like but not the worst the tents were leaky however (or tents normally leak?) Some activities were fun which were nice, and the instructors were brilliant, however the toilets were in poor condition spiders and all sorts of bugs in the toilets

I’m in my 30s now but still remember when I came here for a weekend when I’d just started year 7 at school as a team building trip - great activities and excellent campsite. I also came here with the guides too and throughly enjoyed the activities and indoor accommodation.

It is a good place to camp I have gone there for army cadets and scouts but the place is unorganised and staff are unfriendly the staff are either extremely nice or really rude I went climbing and I am 13 and I hate hight I decided I would try (some of the other scouts had sat out) so I went up and I got 15 meters up and I said this is as far as i would like to go please can I come down I ASKED HER 25 TIMES I then had a panic attack and my throat closed up I also hit my leg on a foot hold and hurt it she made me go to the top(some of the foot hold were not screwed In well and as I have big feet I could get much further I nearly slipped and then I hurt my face as it hit the wall it was horrible) while I couldn't breath she was very rude and everyone agreed she was to hard on me blacklands farm please reply
