so reassuring to be able to write this review:my wife and daughter called in passing the other day, as they were on their way to catch a ferry that afternoon in Wales after attending a festival where a steward informed them they no turning lights. they already had a spare turn signal bulb but were not sure how to replace so were looking for a nearby garage rather than driving on with a defect.The receptionist wasted no time in getting the car into the workshops at the rear of the premises, even though the car was not a Honda, and was back within minutes during which time they able to take refreshment kindly offered .they were informed there was no charge even though they were willing to pay!

We were very impressed with the service we received from Shepton Mallet Honda. Everyone was so friendly and helpful and repaired our car and got us back on the road quickly and efficiently at a very reasonable cost. We were kept fully informed and given options around the cost. Thank you again and we will be recommending you.

I've taken my aged CRV (21 years old in September) here three times now and can't fault the service, I had a nifty little Jazz as a courtesy car which made the day really pleasant.

Overall, I was happy with the service and MOT from here. There was the usual split windscreen wiper" replacement

The staff here are very polite and friendly. You almost feel like part of the team. The Sales staff are unique in the sense that they do not put you under any pressure to buy. They engage and explain and make you feel like a valued customer. What more could you want.

Took my Fiat Panda to this Honda garage for a service and MOT. I am mega impressed with this place!! Customer service was excellent from start to finish and not only was my car MOT’d and serviced but it was cleaned inside and out. What an unexpected bonus.
