Really enjoyed the food. The staff were very kind and helpful when advising me with what to select on my order. Definitely recommend and will go again in the future!

I have come here many times. Safe to say that is it a lovely place to eat. The food is tasty and flavoursome, however it is not entirely fresh.I have always had good experiences here with staff as they are friendly.Nice atmosphere, and always kept cleaning to a good standard. ☺️

I was really excited when I found this Chinese place that offered a set box with different meals all packed together. It meant I didn't have to order each dish separately like at other Chinese restaurants. But man, when I opened that box, it was a mess. Everything was mixed together into a big slop, not very appetizing. But hey, it's takeout, so I guess I shouldn't have expected too much.I took a few bites, and honestly, it was just okay. I went for the sweet and sour chicken, but the chicken pieces were dry and didn't taste very fresh. I tried to find the beef I ordered, but what I ended up chewing on was not what I expected. There were a couple of noodles and the rice was overcooked and mushy. I should have gone to my usual Chinese spot instead. They really need to rethink how they pack the food in the box. Overall, it left me with quite a sickly feeling, it lacked flavor and was quite pricey for what you get. £5 regular box would be a better price

Food was absolutely delicious, I was greeted with kindness on my way in and the person serving me was so polite and helpful. I didn't know how the pricing worked and spent some time discussing payment with my friend and the server was incredibly patient and understanding. The food itself was great, perfectly seasoned and completely delicious, although I think they overestimate spice tolerance. Despite the spiciness, it was still very flavourful, and I think it made me start liking spicy food if anything. The portion sizes were respectable and the cost was great. They even have multiple deals for you to choose from. Would recommend to anyone who's feeling hungry and looking for an affordable yet delicious meal.

have visited a few times before, no issues.really enjoyed my meal.. good deal for two which included two regular boxes, wings, spring rolls and drinks. food was really warm and the spicy chips were so good!staff were kind.. all in all, no issues.

They literally messed up both me and my friends orders and refused to refund me, kept SHOUTING at me and speaking over me and complaining about how they make hundreds of boxes. Very unprofessional and i dont care for their excuses at all considering i also work in food but i NEVER speak to costumers this way. They kept trying to say they’ll remake despite the fact that we kept saying we could not wait any longer as we were already late for something and a refund would be easier. They mixed up me and my friends orders by simultaneously mixing up saucy proteins AND bases so we couldn’t really swap. AND put MY meal in a SMALL box when I paid for a LARGE. I continuously reiteratated this to them and the fact that both orders were wrong and they continued to shout over me cutting off me sentences. lack of customer service. It was so clear that they weren’t listening to me when they initially gave me a FULL refund when I actually asked for a partial one at first since I had paid for a large and got a small. Despite the fact that the whole order was wrong, I was still willing to have it. They didn’t listen and dashed me all my money (after ten minutes of arguing as initially they didn’t want to give me ANY kind of refund even though i only initially wanted partial) then the argument ensued and near the end I once again said, I’ve been saying this whole time I only wanted a partial but by that time, they had been so rude, I asked for a full refund and I literally told them they could keep the food. They quite literally would not let me pay for a small box. What idiots. Edit: I just realised they did not pay me back fully. I paid £9.90 and only got £8 back.

The only thing worse than the food here is the staff. Absolutely disgusting attitudes. The food is below par. Me and my friends went there once and had a bad experience and counted it as maybe they’re having a bad day so we went there again and the food was much worse than the first time which leads me to believe that this is there normal standard of culinary practice. The most unauthentic Chinese food. This shop needs shutting down.

Update: As per their request, I sent them an email, investing my time in explaining the situation with the expectation of experiencing their exceptional customer service and learning from them. Regrettably, it has been 4 weeks since I sent the first email, and despite following up with another one after 2 weeks, I received no response whatsoever. This pretense of responsiveness, replying to my email and then ignoring it once more, leaves me profoundly disappointed.Original review: Oodles Kilburn has been my go-to choice for ordering food through Uber Eats. I have always appreciated their quality of food and commitment to providing high-quality food that is HMC halal, ensuring that it meets Islamic halal standards without stunning. However, my recent experience has left me with mixed feelings.Upon stumbling upon some negative reviews on Google, I was taken aback. Nonetheless, I decided to give Oodles Kilburn the benefit of the doubt and proceeded with my order. Unfortunately, I noticed a decline in the quality of the food compared to my previous experiences. One type of chicken in particular was not fresh, which was disappointing.In terms of portion size, I ordered a regular-sized meal, and although it appeared small at first glance, it turned out to be surprisingly satisfying. The quantity was fair enough to satiate my hunger.The most disheartening aspect of my visit was the customer service. The staff member I encountered was exceptionally rude, displaying a lack of welcoming attitude and demonstrating poor behavior. Despite my efforts to be polite and even provide compliments, it seemed as though my words fell on deaf ears. This negative interaction left a sour taste in my mouth.I hope that Oodles Kilburn takes these criticisms constructively and works towards improving their food quality and customer service standards.
