After a long day at work I came home to find my lock was broken and I was stuck outside. After going through my back garden and very fed up I rang Ryan who was over in 15 minutes and after taking a quick look explained to me what was wrong with the lock the previous owners had installed (a very strange one even he had not even come across before) and was able to remove it and provide me with a new normal lock with several keys. All very quick and reasonably priced, thanks so much Ryan!!

I have recently required the services of Ryan at Keyassure on two separate occasions. The first occasion I did the ol' classic shutting the front door and leaving the keys inside. I spoke with Ryan who attended the site and gained access, damage free, within about 20 seconds. The second occasion I required a new cylinder on an interior office door, which Ryan completed without any issues. Ryan is smart, presentable and courteous. I would not hesitate to contact him again. Ryan was brilliant he fixed my door problem and now can lock it properly he was quick and clear understanding with what he has done to fix it. Looked up local locksmiths after being my door latch broke, locking myself in. Lovely gentleman named Ryan attended and chatted through the letter box, before opening the door. He fixed the issue with the latch without needing to replace any parts and even fixed an old issue with the door that we'd just learnt to live with!Great value and immediate response, made an otherwise stressful situation very easily resolved. Would definitely recommend.

I had a problem with a lock on my house. Ryan arrived , very professional, friendly and knew his job. Ryan very kindly ordered a new lock straightaway, and temporarily secured my door lock ,so I could shut my door and remain safe, in the knowledge that door was secure until new lock arrived. Within 24hrs Ryan was back to fit new lock . Ryan was very kind, professional, friendly and efficient in his work. Thouroghly recommend Ryan and Keyassure. A job very well done.Lisa , West Sussex.
