If you tell a customer that you can do a next day repair, don't then add another 5 days on to that on the day of the scheduled repair.Definitely don't laugh while you're telling them this.

Westbourne Motors arrived on time to take my car, that had four slashed tyres and convertible hood, to my local garage. Their driver, Mike, couldn’t have tried harder or been more patient. He had to lift the car higher to get it onto the ramp of his vehicle and took great care doing this. He ensured none of my alloy wheels got damaged in this process. Mike said it’s a nice car in good condition and we’ll keep it that way. He did just that. Thanks Mike.

Bad experience as I booked an interim service on 18/09/23 and no one got back to me or was not sent any confirmation and it wasn’t until I contacted someone on 11th October to find out what’s going on to be notified that there is no technician that can come out to me. I think this was very unprofessional and had left me in a very frustrating position as I needed to get my interim service done by 17/10/23.

First of all, i arranged my service through cazoo and there is no call and no show on the day of service. I needed to arrange once again but there is still no call before the service. I needed to call her and confirm the date by myself (if you were lucky and got the phone answered). Besides, the most awful thing was my coins inside the car were gone after the service. I will never use this company again!

Broke down today at 10.304 hours till they arrivedThe driver was amazing but he was not given job until 45 min before he arrivedThey didn’t allocate me a recovery for 3 hoursWoman alone travelling as well -Lied about driver being stuck in floodsGreen flag - complaint pendingThis is not service I pay for yearly but have never used in three years

When I had a breakdown, the roadside mechanic made the call for the tow truck and he was there within an hour, very professional and efficient. The drive back was an hour and a half and Reece was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. I’m very pleased with the service, would definitely recommend!

Had a clutch master cylinder that had gone on my 2016 volvo xc60. The technician came on time and persevered with what proved to be a very very tricky job that lasted over 4 days because the cylinder was in a ridiliculous place. The technician really cared about his work and getting our family car back on the road. Despite the longer than expected time, they kept to their fixed price and even apologised for it taking longer and discounted a small amount so my wife could buy a bottle of wine! Would definitely recommend, they were honest, hard working and reliable. And all the work was also done on my driveway which was amazing!

Have asked Westbourne motors to ask their driver to stop parking on bends with trailer as dangerous for traffic. The company have poor attitude towards situation. This is the Fairway Newhaven (FL67 VBP)
