There was a clear lack of care on display, and the animals were very poorly kept. I saw on two occasions that there were dead shrimp and fish. The fish are being kept in crowded aquariums and there were malnourished bearded dragons that were being kept together, as i almost thought they were another lizard species seeing how skinny they were. There was a bird who looked like it was sick/dead and there was a chameleon that was rubbing it`s nose against the glass. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!

A brilliant shop for exotics in my opinion. Very knowledgeable staff, very well priced, clearly have a passion and love for their animals. Got my Phiddipus Regius from there and before set her down was already eating even after cat journey. Staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and always willing to stock whatever you need be it domestic, aquatic or exotic

Passionate, knowledgeable & friendly staff. They really helped me put together not just a fish tank but a healthy ecosystem. Doesn’t matter if you are a complete beginner or very experienced, the staff are approachable & understand the welfare needs of the animals to guide you on your way.

Lovely, friendly staff that go out their way to make sure you have/get everything you need. Great knowledge on everything they sell and will help you out in any way they can. Always clean and has a great atmosphere as soon as you go in!

Shame to see another pet shop selling small animals in poor conditions without any appropriate cages on sale. They also stock rawhide which isn’t even safe for dogs

Staff are very knowledgeable and are always happy to help.They don't just wanna sell you fish and reptiles they care about the environment you are putting these animals in, in my case, tropical fish in.For example what other fish may be in the tank and your set up.I've even previously seen staff not sell fish to a customer who definitely had the wrong aquarium set up. Ie no filter on the tank and what not.Great place.
