My Mother was in Thirlestaine Park for only 2 and a half months in 2019. Firstly in the residential part downstairs where the staff were quite fantastic, but then she was moved up to the Nursing floor for her last 5 days. This was very different indeed. It was a shocking experience which I am only just coming to terms with.

The staff were all lovely here and the manager Shaun is kind and looks out for the residents' very best interests- when I was there I have never met such a lovely group of people who genuinely cared for the welfare of its service users. Beautiful gardens and surroundings and opposite parks and a café.

Very welcoming and friendly environment. Staff were polite and happy to help. I enjoyed my visit with my daughter, it was lovely being able to speak and interact with those living at Thirlestaine and meeting some of their relatives. The feedback I recieved form both the people living there and their families about Manager and the staff was wonderful.

Thilstane is Lovely home I visit the home every week to do the residents hair the management and staff very friendly and residents are very well cared for and allways seem very happy there are activities going on for them most days and they enjoy the food would definitely recommend.

Absolutely stunning Care Home in a fantastic location of Cheltenham. The staff would do anything to help anybody and the food is delicious. Great atmosphere with lively activities, can see why the home is so popular!

I am the current Chiropodist at Thirlestaine Park. The home is ran fantastically well, with lovely staff, who make me very welcome on my visits. I thoroughly enjoy every visit to this home. I Always look forward to the next session with the residents, as I have built up a lovely rapport with a fair few of them.

As a musician, I greatly enjoy visiting Thirlestaine Park, Cheltenham, in order to deliver music sessions to residents. There is always a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the home, and facilities are excellent. Residents seem to genuinely enjoy the activities which are put on for them, and are always greatly appreciative of the efforts of their staff and of visitors. I look forward to my next visit at this friendly and welcoming home!

Thirlestaine Park is such a lovely home to visit. I regularly provide entertainment and am always impressed by how happy and well cared for the residents are. The staff are so friendly and helpful.I always look forward to visiting.
