Very professional and reliable service. James installed my business security, and it works great. The app is easy to use and I can access my security system anywhere. He also installed my cctv system, which I can watch at anytime from my phone.

We had installed CCTV - Professional , Efficient and Good Installation. After-sales service has been very good too. We needed something tweaking and James helped - Great Support ! Thank you, James.

James came to install my 2 floodlight cameras a few weeks back. He was very professional, communication was excellent and when he came to install there was no messing about, he just delivered as we agreed, made me feel really comfortable. He also made sure the cameras were working fine before he left, he was very good, and would highly recommend him.

I have used AMS for the last 12 months and cannot rate them highly enough. I needed urgent work done with removing alarm contacts on my doors (as I was getting new windows and doors fitted). I needed it done that day (as my previous Alarm Company let me down). James and his team came out within a few hours and had me sorted. They then returned when I called to book them back in to not only add new contacts to the door, but a full alarm service, replace a faulty sensor and replace the bell box outside. Since then I have just had a full CCTV system installed by AMS, working in Technology myself they have done a brilliant job and the quality of the products installed are market leading at a brilliant price.The service from James and Mike at AMS was exceptional and having dealt with many Alarm companies (due to a business we had), AMS is by far the best I have dealt with and I wish I had found them sooner.I will be coming back to AMS in the coming months as my parent's whole alarm system is faulty and needs replacing.The service from AMS from point of contact, the workmanship on the work undertaken and completed work, has been brilliant and I fully recommend them and their engineers.

Excellent customer service! James was really polite and knowledgeable and recommended an alarm system that worked well for us. We like how it connects to our phone. Whilst he was here James also gave us great advice for a CCTV camera which we are hoping to get installed in the next week or so. Highly recommend!
