Very quick to install a protective case and glass protection screen on phone whilst waited.My old laptop which isn't used that much is shortly booked in for a clean out as it's over heating and a memory/hard drive upgrade. impressed that the shop provided sound advice as to what is sensible/economic solution and didn't try to hard sell a new machine. Another local shop wasn't interested in looking at it and advised that it wasn't worth doing anything and tried to sell a new machine!

Didn't do a good job on a screen replacement for a phone. The screen did not sit flush and took much longer than originally mentioned.
