We used this service to do an inventory for new tenants renting a house and they were very professional and thorough. Quick service and easy to use online to add comments and signatures then save a pdf copy.

Amended:Great experience, speedy response, efficient booking system, I really appreciated being able to comment electronically, although the responses were classed as by 'anonymous' and not by the landlord and tenant.I got a bit confused with all the different names of the companies/websites (Trust Inventory and Inventory Base) but the service was good. I think the only thing that wasn't covered properly was the garden, but probably my fault for not asking for this. (Amendment in response to comments from Trust Inventory, you were made aware that the garden was included).Since reviewing tenant feedback, whilst there was some confusion over which was the correct meter, once agreed, I expected the correct meter readings to be given in the report but the readings and photos do not correlate and are incorrect on the report). Whilst these are easy mistakes to make, this is the reason for 4 stars.Otherwise, I would recommend this company.

We used Trust Inventory to do the check out process when our tenants left our rental property. Living in NZ, we had to do everything via email. We found Sebastian to be very quick to respond to all our queries and very happy to provide for our specific needs. He was flexible with timing, and provided a detailed and professional report that was fair to both tenants and us as landlords. Sebastian and his colleague provided a great service for our Inventory & Schedule of Condition. He booked us in very quickly even though we left it a little last minute, and his colleague was very easy to work with on the day. After they sent the inventory over I noticed a few details that needed changing and Sebastian made the changes within a couple of hours which I was very grateful for.
