Booked an MOT for my vehicle - got a call few days before to confirm the drop off time. Turned today for MOT and got declined it, staff said we don’t have any records of my booking or even phone call. Fortunately, I still have a few days to pass it. Prevent this service for any problems, more like a scam service.

Picked up car, did brake pads and tyre changes... all for a reasonable price. Inhad concerns around sounds and handling of my car, the gentlemen here were quite open to me bringing the car around to them any time and leaving kt with them for an hour to look at... very refreshing to see that kind of service still alive in a world where everyone wants an advanced booking made for the whole day

There are also concerns of their involvement in a network engaged in the illicit procurement and installation of stolen automotive components. Regrettably, during the process, the lower trim of the driver's door was inadvertently damaged due to an aggressive door opening while the car was on the lift. Despite clear visual evidence captured by the facility's cameras, the establishment disclaimed any responsibility upon direct inquiry. This experience underscores their lack of professionalism, unreliability, and discourteous customer service. It is advised to explore alternative automotive service options, unless the preservation of your vehicle is of little concern.
