Barnwell Barbers

I've taken my son there quite a few times and the guys are always fantastic with him, not just a good haircut but making it fun experience too. Only once the standard wasn't as great as other times but the barber is now gone and the service is back to the usual 5 stars.

My son says best barbers in town and he will only go to Archie but if he’s not available then he will see someone else. Always have a happy boy after leaving :-)

Used to go to a chain barbers, but have started getting my hair cut at Barnwell Barbers for a little while now. Everyone here is friendly and welcoming which is evident by the amount of people who come in just to say hello and not even get a hair cut. They will always acknowledge you as you enter and offer you a coffee which is a nice touch.I've always felt comfortable with the service here no matter who is cutting my hair and am always extremely pleased with the result! I also bring my autistic nephew here; Archie and Reece have always been very understanding and patient with him so a big thanks to them! Great service all around and I'm much happier supporting a local business.

Had a hair cut today. Really, really happy with it. The barber was very friendly and did a great job. Also tidied my beard and left me feeling and looking fresh.

Quite possibly the worst experience in a barber shop I have ever had. I didn't mind the little touch of being offered a coffee, and the haircut was canny (even though one sideburn is longer than the other and goodness knows what the back looks like) but attention to detail was out of the picture. Rushing it at the end when he got defensive that a bit of miscommunication happened when he was trying to style my hair differently to what I thought. The environment was very messy and disorderly. Totally do not recommend for 18 quid!

Brilliant service, the cut was excellent, nice and polite made me fill welcome they ask if you would like any drinks very clean and they welcome lady to, big thank you to eldo who cut my hair, i highly recommended .

Always really happy when visiting Barnwell Barbers. Had a particularly good cut from Alfie the other day. Recommended!

Been coming here for last few years. Haircut occasionally varies from barber to barber but happy 95% of the time. Never have to wait very long and nice to see they are investing back in the business with free coffees etc.
