Lovely wedding venue on s golf course The staff could not have been more helpful and the food was second to none. Drinks were a bit pricey but never mind, it was s wedding after all. If you are looking for s great wedding venue them look no further.

What can I say about this place .... AMAZING. Pryor Hayes hosted our wedding in May and helped facilitate a day my husband and I , as well as our guests, will never forget. The grounds are absolutely stunning and make a beautiful backdrop for photos. We were lucky enough to have our ceremony outside with our drinks reception and our guests loved it.The food produced on the day (and for trial) was brilliant, all our guests commented on how nice and how much food and drink there was available. Lesley and the staff made the day run so smoothly, they checked it with us to shift timings to suit us which helped a lot and kept things running to our timeline.The evening went so well, we had their DJ and he was great, I suggest producing your own song list like we did to definitely get the tunes you want. We also hired a KingKonga Bongo procussionist who was amazing !!!We had no issues with staff, sounds or golf and I truly believe if you want a magical day tha staff and setting here are perfect for it. One of my best friends got married here in May. It was an outside ceremony and we were so lucky with the sunshine. She looked beautiful and had a wonderful day. The setting was beautiful and the staff worked hard to turn things around quickly. However, there were a few things that niggled at her and other guests. As one of a few vegetarians, I was told I’d get a separate meal to the picnic style food for the other guests to share on the table. However, my meal didn’t come and so I only had a small selection to eat. However, it wasn’t my day so I wasn’t too fussed about that. What bothered me was that, during the band’s second set, the manager came up to the BRIDE and threatened to shut the party down because the music was too loud. It’s a golf club and there are no neighbours around?! Even the band were shocked at her attitude and rudeness. As a seasoned wedding guest (it’s the age we’re at!) I know that the band we’re fine. I was stood right at the front and it was great fun. Not once did I think it was too loud. But for the manager to come directly to the bride and dampen her day is appalling. Come to any other guest or family member, but not the bride on what is supposed to be her perfect day. My friend and her new husband are being persistent with them, as there were a few other niggles that happened that day. However, as a guesses filled with Prosecco, you don’t always notice it. For the bride and groom to notice things however, it’s not on. I hope the venue get in contact with my friend and they can sort something out!

I absolutely loved my wedding at Pryors Hayes!! However this was due to our family, friends and the suppliers we had chosen. Unfortunately we feel that the venue let us down. We chose the venue as we wanted an outdoor wedding, loved the modern interior and that there was a lake to have photos by. We were instantly sold, we put our deposits down and set our date.Sadly the venue did not live up to expectations...1. 4 staff coordinator changes with no introductory email.2. 2 out of 4 vegetarians didn’t receive their meal.3. Outdoor mics and speakers to a poor standard, so guests couldn’t hear the ceremony if they were more than 4 rows back.4. Golf comes first, so no photos by a lake. Something that had been promised and sold to us.5. A shout for ‘heads up’ part way through the ceremony. As golf balls were landing in the ceremony, luckily no one was hurt.6. The pavilion bush was so overgrown, that meant the photographer had to start cutting the push through the photo to ensure that a photo could be taken and our guests could see us.7. Evening food was to a poor standard, shop bought pizzas not a stone baked home-made pizza as sold and frozen cheap fish goujons. Piled on top of each other, so the pizzas all stuck together.8. No mention of a maximum 98 decibel level restriction till after the wedding. This does not allow for wedding bands with most averaging 110 decibel levels especially with guests singing along too. So, if you want a lively band this is not the venue for you. As you will be asked to turn the music down or the threaten of your party being shut down, with the first point of call being the bride, rather than another member of the wedding party.We tried to express our concerns to the owner, initially taking a couple of weeks for a reply. Then to be passed back to the events coordinator, to then hear a load of lies and comebacks for every issue. With no apology.So, be warned that the service provided does not reflect the look of the venue.

Me and my husband booked our wedding at Pryors Hayes straight after viewing the venue, it's beautiful! We have no regrets, the day was perfect, the staff were so friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. The food was fantastic also! We chose the buffet option, there was plenty of food and all the guests loved it.Thanks to all the staff at Pryors! They worked so hard on the day to make our day extra special and also made us feel at ease leading up to it :)

The team at Pryor's are absolutely incredible.We could not have planned it without their help.They knew what we needed when we were clueless and they ran the operation so smoothly, there was no stress at all and everything went as planned.And that's not to mention the fact the venue is absolutely stunning and the food was so delicious. We're really excited to get our photos from our photographer.

Pryor's Hayes is an absolutely beautiful wedding venue, and Lesley and Rob are a dream to work with when planning your wedding. We got married here in May 2021 and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a venue. The rustic barn appeal was exactly what we were looking for, and the grounds of the golf course made the most beautiful back drop. You felt miles away from home. Lesley and Rob are simply brilliant, they are on hand to make your day perfect and nothing is too much trouble. The food was really good too, we had the BBQ as we wanted a more informal relaxed experience and there was plenty of food for everyone to enjoy. Our day was exactly what we wanted and was so relaxed and enjoyable.

Pryor Hayes is such a stunning wedding venue, but this is just the tip of the iceberg. The food is out of this world and the staff are not only friendly, but hugely helpful and accommodating when it comes to making each and every wedding individually perfect for their wedding couples.

We had our wedding at Pryors Hayes 8th July 2022. It was utterly perfect and I couldn’t have asked for more. We had postponed our wedding from 2020 and the venue was still as beautiful as when we first went round in 2019. Lesley was so helpful with helping us plan the day and was always on hand if needed. Lesley even took some photos and videos on the day which were so beautiful and we hasn’t expected so was a welcome surprise when we received them! All the staff were amazing on the day and we had so many compliments on the venue and the food. Would really recommend this venue and just wish we could do it all again!!
