What a nightmare company. Beware it’s now not possible to pay by bank card!!! Paypal only. Should have walked away at that point but gave them the benefit of the doubt as I am a returning customer. Customers are advised to ring a mobile to get bacs details which were received by email very quickly and paid within 10 minutes plus a bacs remittance was sent within 12 minutes. This took place on 23/12 and a commitment had been verbally given to post out between Xmas and NY. But apparently the owner went on holiday instead. I was obliged to chase and after the obligatory ping pong of emails as the minimum information was given each time, on 3/1 I was told ‘dispatched your order today. Sorry about the delays’. I had previously been promised a tracking number but that never came. I now realise as to why, the order has eventually turned up today11/1, clearly postmarked as posted on 10/1. It’s a goodbye from me, I won’t be that desperate ever again
