Hand Car Wash
Had my car washed and vacuumed wasn't very impressed this time, water marks all over doors, I saw the guy sort of vac the boot but when I looked at home it didn't look like it had been done. To top it off a pen I keep in my car has gone missing, sorry but won't be using again.

Went for a clean inside and out. Unfortunately wasn't overly impressed - streaks left all over the outside, wheels were still dirty and grubby water marks on the inside - this was on a brand new car only 2 months old so wasn't that dirty to begin with. Overall they were very friendly but it seemed rushed. Not sure I'll go there again.

Typical scratch and wax! Been a few times. Inside is always spot on, out side is awful. Painful to watch them do it and so heavy handed then spray a silicone spray all over the car and rub it in (definitely not polish) and the window cleaner spray is like washing up liquid. Pretty expensive too

Went in for car wash and wax. Not interior clean. When I collected my car they told me they also clean inside, lovely stuff. Except they have scratched the entertainment screen and dash board. Only had my 20 plate Corsa a few months. They denied it was them but I know there wasn't even a mark let alone scratches on the screen when I left it

Seems same as others have mentioned, despite only one other customer, the service was rushed and thus poorly done… no better than a mechanical car wash! But twice the price! Much time was spent chatting between themselves and checking phones rather than on the services being paid for - first and last time, won’t be returning nor recommending.

All I can say is watch when you're car is being cleaned the rubber at the end of the spray gun is not fitted car was scratched

Easily the worst place I’ve taken my car to be cleaned, the inside literally looked the same after the job was “finished” as it did before taking it in.. rushed, stupidly overpriced.. a 2 dr hatchback is apparently a medium size priced car?!? Save your money and go elsewhere

The guys who work the business really take pride in their work, infact i think second to none in Stowmarket. They are well mannered, always have a smile and shake your hand, i go to them regular to have my car cleaned and always tip them, well worth not having to back bend doing it myself.

Hand Car Wash
Wash was fine but they broke the rear washer stalk on my car footing me with a £450 bill!!! Obviously didn't tell me they did it and didn't notice it for a number of days until the back window needed a wash! Very disappointed.
